Chicken lasagna roll ups

This recipe is so good and so easy :)  It's a great twist on regular old lasagna, I like to use chicken but ground beef would be good too.

Chicken Lasagna roll ups

What you need:

1 jar of pasta sauce
8 oz ricotta cheese
about 3 cups cooked chopped chicken (I like to use a rotisserie chicken)
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 egg
1 tsp. garlic powder
8 lasagna noodles
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. parmesan cheese

Make it:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Boil water and add noodles

While noodles are cooking, mix together the ricotta, parmesan, chicken, egg, garlic powder and italian seasoning.

Once the noodles are done lay them all out and put the filing on each noodle, making sure you distribute it evenly. If you do it all at once you won't run out.

Roll each noodle and put half the pasta sauce in the bottom of you pan, place the rolls in the pan and cover with remaining pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Bake for about 30 minutes
