Shish kabob

So chicken is my favorite thing to eat and I like trying to find new ways of cooking chicken.  Shish kabobs are so good but I never know what type to make!  I made this marinade up with a few items I always have so it's not difficult at all!

So I can't take all the credit, I made the marinade and the kabobs, but Ross is the master griller who cooked them :)

Chicken shish kabobs

1 lb. chicken cut up in pieces
1 green pepper
half a tomato or grape tomatoes
onion
asparagus

For the marinade:
1/4 cup of each, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, and vinegar
1 Tbsp. parsley
splash of lime juice
pinch of salt and pepper
1 tsp. red pepper flake
4 cloves garlic minced

Mix together all ingredients of marinade and add chicken.  Let marinade for at least 3 hours.  Put the chicken and veggies on a skewer and grill!
